It is an automobile and agriculture machinery parts manufacturing company and specialist in sheet metal component, die& tool and fabrication works and also manufactures chemical earthing and spare parts. This company had worked for Escorts limited, Vst tillers and tractors, Titagarh wagons, Claas India and is working for FLSmidth, Dustech engineers pvt ltd and Arora engineering works. This company aims for best service to their buyers and also best quality of products this is the key behind why this company is triumphantly running since 2002. Company provides it's services all over India. There is a team of experienced professionals, who works round the clock and make sure to complete the assigned task with utmost perfection. we continue to apply these talents to a diverse range of industries, including commercial products and performance automotive/harvester contraction products. PRODUCTS

1. SHEET METAL COMPONENT

Sheet Metal is a type of material that is flattened into thin sheets. Sheet metal is made by taking a large cast in and rolling it into a long ribbon of the thickness it wants. This flat metal is rolled into a coil and sent directly or cut the metal into sheets before being sent to a machine shop.

The sheets are made from different kinds of metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, steel, tin, nickel and titanium. The sheet’s thickness depends on the material needed for a project. Thicknesses can vary from 0.15 -6.00 mm significantly; extremely thin sheets are considered foil or leaf, and pieces thicker than 6 mm (0.25 in) are considered plate steel or “structural steel.”

2. SHEET METAL DIE
 
A die is a tool used in many manufacturing industries and extensively in sheet metal fabrication . Dies are used to cut or shape material by using a press and are generally customized for the specific item to be created. You can make many types of items from paperclips to custom hinges and any other complex component you can think of using advanced technology with different dies


3. JIG FIXTURE


A jig is a work-holding device that holds, supports, and locates the workpiece and guides the one or more tools to perform a specific operation. In other words, this can also be defined as, used for holding the tools and also guiding the cutting tools. The main purpose of a jig is to provide repeatability, accuracy, and interchangeability in the manufacturing of products.

4.FABRICATION

Fabrication is the process of constructing products by combining typically standardised parts using one or more individual processes. For example, steel fabrication is the production of metal structures using a range of processes such as cutting, bending and assembling.


5.CHEMICAL EARTHING

Chemical Earthing is a traditional earthing system whereby chemicals are added to earthing pits such as bentonite or graphite-based compounds used that helps in improving the condition of the soil and reducing the soil resistivity. Chemicals are used in this earthing type to lower earthing resistance.
